These classes are offered at specific times throughout the week and Saturday. It is a Parent participation class and an ideal way to introduce the baby or nervous toddler to the water. It is a learning class, teaching the parent how to work with their child in the water to learn their balance techniques, their breathing skills and how to be safe in the pool.
